Can I travel with my pet?

Yes — your pet travels in the cabin, beside you. The operator of your flight confirms the conditions before anything is issued: we agree the carrier, any cleaning supplement and the limits of the particular aircraft in advance. You will need the documents the destination country asks for (pet passport, microchip, vaccinations); your advisor gives you the list for your route.

How much baggage can I bring?

It depends on the aircraft. As a guide: a light jet takes about 5 bags, a midsize about 8, a heavy jet 10 or more. Skis, snowboards and golf bags: we carry them — mention them in your request and we check the hold of the aircraft we propose. Oversized items are handled case by case.

What about travelling with children?

Infants travel on an adult's lap. We recommend a child seat and will help arrange one. We do not carry unaccompanied minors: a child is always accompanied by an adult on board.

How soon before departure can you fly?

In Europe, allow at least six hours between confirmation and departure when the aircraft and the slots are available; at night and on public holidays it takes longer. Urgent requests are picked up straight away, around the clock.
