Private jet Paris–London: what price and how long?

Paris–London by light jet takes about 48 minutes between Le Bourget and London Luton and is estimated at €2,000 to €2,500 one way; €3,000 to €3,500 on a midsize. The price is for the whole aircraft: with six passengers, the light jet works out at roughly €333 each.

What the jet changes against the train

The flight itself is short; what counts is the door-to-door trip. The jet removes the waiting: no airline-terminal queues, boarding minutes before departure, leaving when you choose and landing closer to your meeting. The case grows with the size of the group and with hours the train does not offer.

Non-Schengen formalities

The United Kingdom is outside the Schengen area: a passport is required and border control applies on both sides, handled on site at the business aviation terminal. Collect every passenger’s documents when booking, not on the day of the flight.

Computed estimates: great-circle distance × 1.05, time at manufacturer cruise + 0.3 h taxi, published broker hourly rates (Paramount Business Jets), converted at the ECB rate. The firm price depends on aircraft positioning, fees and date.

* Flight under two hours: most operators bill a two-hour minimum per day of use, so the real price is above the computed estimate.
