Up to 13,890 km — New York–Dubai, London–Singapore or Los Angeles–Sydney non-stop, with a typical load. As with any long-range jet, real range depends on passenger count, baggage and wind conditions. The G650 is designed to combine this range with a high cruise speed, letting it cover those distances faster than most of its direct competitors.

Thirteen passengers in the standard configuration, most often split into three living zones. The 14.1 m cabin can be fitted with a rear night area, a central lounge and a dining space. The sixteen panoramic windows, among the largest in business aviation, bring a brightness that clearly sets the aircraft apart on board. Most chartered G650s favour the comfort of space over seat density.

Around €14,200 per hour all-in on charter, excluding variable landing fees. It is one of the most in-demand aircraft in its class, which can tighten availability in peak periods and support rates. In ownership, direct operating costs sit around €6,500 per hour excluding depreciation. Strong demand on the pre-owned market also supports the aircraft’s resale value.

Both are top-tier ultra-long-range jets, but with different emphases. The Global 7500 offers a longer four-zone cabin, with a closed bedroom, and slightly greater range. The G650 leans on the speed-range combination and a very bright cabin, in a somewhat more compact aircraft. The choice often comes down to the priority given to cabin space and number of zones (7500’s advantage) or to speed and charter-market availability (G650’s advantage).
